Lahop

Every community member at the House of Prayer makes time to help in the daily workings of the community, it keeps us humble and solidifies our family atmosphere. There are many 'keep me humble jobs' and projects available for volunteers of all types. Please volunteer to help in the House of the Lord.

Office Help

Various paper work, calls, etc. are needed to keep the House of Prayer running smoothly.

Web Page

This position requires someone who is willing to keep the web page current with the latest updates. Some training help is available though a good working knowledge of computers is a must.

Bookstore & Library

A person or persons who are good at inventory and keeping the books current and straight.

Facility Care

Hands on care of the facility is a weekly service to the Lord and to others that their experience may be one of rest and that they may experience coming to a place of refuge. There are many weekly duties of maintenance both inside and outside of the House of Prayer. There are also occasional "one time" projects that need help.

Teaching

There are many times when teachers in specific fields and guest speakers are needed. If you have a gift of speaking or teaching, let us know. As opportunities become available we can ask you if you will teach. Also if you have a burning message on your heart, please let us know or enter it on our blog, we love to learn from all of God's people.

Recruiting

Though our main method of recruiting is to ask the Holy Spirit to send the ones He desires, sometimes a person letting others know we are here is a great benefit to those who didn't even know we were open. All personalities can recruit in their own way, as lead by the Holy Spirit.
