I believe the most important call on our lives, apart from our ministry to God, is that of ministry to the persecuted church. There have been more people martyred for their faith in the last few decades than in all of Christendom. And multitudes of others still alive and being attacked and persecuted every day - we call these the 'Living Martyrs' of our generation.

Theses 'Living Martyrs' need our love, our prayers, a place of refuge, our money and our sacrificial time to go and minister to them and tell them they are not alone and that they are the Lord's own special treasure. We have been privileged to meet many of these precious and humble saints in our travels and have come to know them as cherished friends and beloved brothers and sisters in the Lord. Our hearts have been knit together by Holy Spirit and a common love for our Beloved Jesus.

These are the ones who serve our Lord in brave abandoned sacrificial love and who are willing to lay down their lives if necessary to follow after Jesus wholeheartedly and to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who yet know Him - oh the beauty of this Man - the beauty of His body - the glorious church in the earth without spot or wrinkle - those who love not their lives even unto death. These are the over-comers, the faithful and true ones who in their obscurity have become well known, who in their sacrifice in giving it all, have become rich, who in dying will find life! It is these we seek and long to serve - in His precious name - the Lord Jesus Christ!
