At LaHOP we offer personal retreats for those seeking to draw away with the Lord.

Drawing away to be alone with the Lord is an important part of any Christian's life. We have set up LaHOP to be such a sanctuary from the hectic and chaotic pace of the world. Anyone can draw away with the Lord on any day or night, 24/7, if they want to. Longer periods of retreat are encouraged and the LaHOP can be used for this for up to 2 weeks free of charge.

It is easy to seek and find the Lord in the many 'Houses of Prayer' the Lord is raising up all over the world. Here at LaHOP we have set aside certain rooms for people to come and live, like a bed & breakfast, to make it easy for all of God's people to have this opportunity. We call our rooms for retreating 'In His Chambers' and 'The Dove's Cote' - (see 'The House' section for more details) We do not charge for any ministry at LaHOP, for we believe God's gifts we freely given to us and so we freely give to others as He leads.

These personal retreats can be directed or free flowing as you wish. It is a wonderful time for personal reflection and deepening your faith in God.

Directed retreats in 'His Chambers' can include:

• Personal prayer counseling
• Deliverance sessions & teachings
• Healing sessions with soaking prayer
• Directed readings
• Personal prophetic prayer ministry
• Walks through the garden district of Monroe
• Quiet times alone with God
• Freedom to worship, dance, sing, paint, or write poetry
